Coconut Balsamic “Mojito”

A simple and refreshing “Mojito” mocktail perfect for a hot summer night.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Phat Olive Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar (or more to taste)

  • 1 wedge lime

  • 3 leaves fresh mint

  • 8 oz Sparkling water (or try a flavored seltzer like lime)

Directions:

Wash the mint leaves and pat dry with paper towel. Wash lime, and slice into wedges.

Put mint leaves in the glass and press with the back of a spoon to release the mint oil. Squeeze lime wedge over the mint leaves and drop into the glass. Add coconut white balsamic, and top with sparkling water. Stir and enjoy!

*If you'd prefer more coconut flavor, add a little more balsamic vinegar.

*If you want to make this an alcoholic drink, try adding white rum.
