Shipping Policy

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing times, the distance of the shipping address from our Katonah, NY location, and weather conditions.

We do offer an IN-STORE PICK UP option. Please give us at least 3 hours to put together your order. If this option is selected and you are not local, you will be notified via email and your order will be cancelled.


When do you ship? 
We guarantee that your order will be shipped out within 72 business hours from the time it was placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, please contact us at 914.232.7428 or info@phatoliveoil.com.

Where do you ship to?
We are only able to ship to the United States at this time.

How do you ship?
We ship all of our products through USPS and UPS at this time.

Rates to ship?
Shipping charges are calculated by both weight and size of the items ordered. Our algorithm factors in the volume of the products as well as packaging materials that ensures all products remain safe during shipment.

How to track an order that's been shipped?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email including a tracking number. Packages are tracked with each scan during shipment and information is updated online almost immediately following each scan. Please ensure the email is correctly entered, as this cannot be changed once the order is placed; entering an incorrect email will prevent order status updates from being correctly issued.

In-store pick-up option?
Yes! Our store address is: 87 Katonah Avenue, Katonh NY 10563, and our hours of operation are Tuesday - Sunday 10am-5pm. If this option is selected and you are not local, you will be notified via email and your order will be cancelled.

Other Policies

  • Free shipping and/or online promotions do not apply to wedding favors or corporate gifting orders.

  • Shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm.

  • Please allow at least 3 business days for order processing (and at least 4 business days during the holiday season)

  • Unfortunately we are not able to offer free shipping to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.  

  • We do not offer delayed shipping.

  • We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. If a P.O. Box address is provided during checkout, we will attempt to contact you for an alternate address; SOOC is not responsible for processing and/or shipping delays that may occur due to us being provided a P.O. Box address.

Return Policy

Items purchased from Phat Olive can be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Only unopened items in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund. Please contact us first to submit notice of any issues needing resolution. Once approved and directed to by an associate, you can bring the items in-store or ship the item(s) using an insured and traceable method to the address below. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original Phat Olive outer box or other sturdy outer box to ensure returned product arrives in good condition.

Items that are not in new and unused condition and in the original manufacturer package will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.

NOTE: Online returns are processed within five business days, excluding holidays. In the unlikely event that your item has defects or damage when you first receive it, please contact us within five days of receiving your order and we will send you a pre-paid return label to send back the item for replacement at our expense. All defective and damaged items not claimed within five days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or that are defective.
