Berry Spritzer Cocktail

Festive and bright, this is a crowd pleaser and perfect for sipping with appetizers at your next holiday party.

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup Phat Olive Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar

• juice from 1 fresh lime

• 1 bottle sparkling wine

• 18 frozen cranberries

• 6 sprigs of thyme

Directions:

Pour 2 tablespoons of Cranberry Pear Balsamic, and a squeeze of lime juice into one of 6 wine or highball glass. Fill with wine. Garnish each with 3 frozen cranberries and a sprig of thyme. Stir and enjoy.
